Broker capability matching
Make broker coverage specific enough to be useful
A broker profile should explain where the firm can genuinely add value. Brokr uses structured capability information to reduce unsuitable routing while preserving seller control.
Industry experience
Record sectors where the broker has current, defensible transaction or advisory experience. Selective coverage is more valuable than claiming every industry.
Geographic coverage
Identify locations the broker can service effectively, including where local presence, licensing, buyer networks or sector conditions matter.
Transaction and operating model
Experience may vary between owner-operated businesses, multi-site operations, asset-heavy businesses, professional services, franchises and distressed or controller-led processes.
Conflicts and availability
Broker capacity and current representation can affect fit. Brokr can hold a match where a conflict or existing appointment is suspected.
Verification and review
Capability submissions may require evidence and administrative review. A submitted profile is not automatically promoted as verified expertise.
